......the draft I saved and only just finished posted on the day I started, not the day I published....oh well.

BTW - quick update on the running front.
After being well in front of my 150 runs target, a crappy October has me needing 13 runs eac month for Nov/ Dec. so I'd better get organised.
A good start so far, 3 done for Nov already, legs feel good again. Fitness is holding up too.

Oh Clarkey, I wouldn't have picked you as one to share his 100. But it was a perfect reflection of what makes you, you, down to earth, no bull :-)
38 - never got drunk, don't you are not missing a thing, though of course that but paid to my plans of trying to get you drunk and singing karaoke to see if there really is some talent there.
39 - politics, I despair, I really do. I always say I never donkey vote because I know it is a privledge to be able to vote when so many people in other countries can't. But sometimes..........the choices are so dismal
